Your partner deleted their account
Your pairing has ended on their side. Everything you built together — your visa tracker, evidence packet, support ledger, bills, plans and photo vault — is still here in your account.
Your messages together were sealed with keys from both of you, so the conversation can't be opened again. Nothing about this is shared with anyone else.
When you're ready, you can end this pairing and pair afresh — ending it deletes the shared records above for good.
Your partner asked to help you reset your password
If you lost your password, approve this and set a new one — your partner never sees it. If you didn't ask for this, deny it and nothing changes.
Where you two are
Puso never tracks location. This prompt comes only from what you picked, or from a big time-zone change on this device — and it never switches anything unless you say yes.
Looking around before you pair
You're signed in. Chat, calls, and everything for two unlock when you pair with your partner — nothing here is shared until then.
Good evening
Your partner

Her world · Manila31° · humid, afternoon thunderstorm likely
Her afternoon — classes done, family dinner around 7.

Memories — moments of you two
Only photos you both approved can be printed. Private photos never can — that rule has no exceptions.
Phrase of the day

Magkita ra lagi ta.

Calls connect directly between your devices whenever possible — that's why they're free for us to give you. Calls are always free in Puso; the only cost is mobile data. Video starts at 360p (up to about 0.4 GB an hour) and voice uses about 30 MB an hour — at ₱11.52–₱49.50 per GB depending on the promo. The call screen shows a running estimate of the data cost as you talk, so there are never surprises.
Sleep Together
Fall asleep on an open audio line — soft, low-data, and it never counts against your call budget. If the signal drops overnight it rejoins on its own, and the night stays one entry in your history. Later wave
Things to do together
Built for two people, two time zones, one evening.
🎬 Watch & listen together
Paste a link — a YouTube video or a direct video/audio file — and share the moment in sync. Either of you can play, pause or seek.
Each of you streams from the source on your own connection and your own data — at 480p, video runs about 200–315 MB an hour; audio much less. Puso carries none of it — only the play, pause and seek signals — and never charges for Together.
📍 Mutual location
Share where you are — only while you've both switched it on, and either of you can end it any moment by switching it off. Puso keeps no record of where either of you has been: your partner's last shared point is all that exists here, and it is replaced the next time they share.

Open in a map ↗ (opens OpenStreetMap — the coordinates go to them only when you tap)
On/off lives in Settings → Privacy & consent → “Share my location”. Sharing happens only while Puso is open on your device — a closed app shares nothing, and your partner's screen always shows how old the last point is.
🎲 Couples games
Little turn-based games built for two time zones: make your move whenever — it travels sealed like a message, waits if your partner is offline, and the board is rebuilt from the moves themselves, so you both always see the same game.
🎤 Videoke Night
Sing along and get scored — on your phone, not in a cloud. Your voice is measured here and thrown away; only the score ever travels, sealed like a message. Nothing is recorded, ever.
The full song catalog arrives with licensed songs. For now there's one built-in demo track — an original song written for Puso, free to sing any time.

Grow together · beside your Weekly Check-In
Preparing for marriage, together — at your pace.
Some couples like homework — the good kind. These are preparation and enrichment programs from established relationship researchers: the big conversations, guided, taken side by side from two time zones. Optional, always. A course is education, not therapy — and if your church or parish offers its own marriage preparation, start there; this is for couples who want something extra, together.
A milestone moment · You said yes 💍
You said yes. Now the best kind of homework.
Engagement is when couples do this: sit down — an ocean apart, on the same page — and prepare on purpose. Money, family, faith, the life you're building. Preparing for marriage, together — at your pace.
Maghanda para sa kasal — nang magkasama. · Mag-andam para sa kasal — nga magkauban. · Prepare for the wedding — together.
Meet in the Middle
Your reunion, planned together.
Halfway is a place, not just a feeling. Pick a city her passport enters visa-free, line up both flights side by side, and save for them together — one plan, one budget, one countdown.
Visa-free for her Philippine passport — as of Oct 2026. Entry rules change; always confirm on the official page before you book.

Balikbayan boxes
Boxes between your homes.
Track each box together — what's inside, when it shipped, when it landed. The states are the ones you record; Puso never invents a tracking step.
Time capsules
Sealed now, opened together.
Write something for a day that's coming — her birthday, your NOA2 day, the flight. It's sealed on your device; neither of you can open it early, and Puso can't open it at all.

Your K-1 journey
Every step, in order, with the official link.
Each step in the tracker carries its “as of” date and a link to the official government page. When your case needs a lawyer — a prior marriage, an annulment, an overstay — Puso says so plainly and stops there.
In the live app the checklist on the left is shared: a step either of you checks off — with its date and its evidence links — is checked off for both of you, on every device.
Where you two are
You're in the same country right now, so the K-1 path below is tucked away — it's for couples in different countries. Nothing is locked away.
Tourist visa info
Visiting each other, in plain words.
Puso is not a law firm. This is information only, never legal advice, and it guarantees no outcome. Every requirement below links its official source with an "as of" date. Puso never fills government forms or reviews answers.
For your countries, check the official immigration site of the country being visited — Puso shows specifics here only once an official source is verified, never a guess.
Three roads, side by side.
Puso lays the roads out and never picks one for you. What each road is, what it asks, and where it bites — then the choice stays yours.
Evidence, without the scramble
Our Story builds your bona fide packet from what you already share — chosen chats, call records, photos of you together — always through an approval tray. Nothing is pulled silently. Building and previewing is free; exporting the packet is part of Premium.
Her documents stay hers: what she uploads for the journey is never exposed to anyone but the two of you.
Evidence · photos of you two
Photos of you together, brought in by hand.
Tap Scan Gallery and pick the photos yourself — Puso cannot look through your photo library, and never tries. Everything happens on this device: where your browser offers face detection, Puso groups the photos by how many faces it counts (it can't name anyone — you confirm who's who); where it doesn't, photos group by the place and date inside them instead, and Puso says so. Each photo's date and place come from the photo itself.
Nothing is uploaded until you approve a photo. Approved photos are sealed into your vault like any Puso photo, and only approved photos can join the packet — a private or disappearing chat photo is never offered here, to anyone, ever. Turn on “Scan my gallery for photos of us” in Settings → Privacy & consent first; scanning only ever happens when you tap the button.
Her documents · The vault checklist
Her papers, ordered only from PSA itself.
The papers the journey asks for, one calm list — and beside each PSA paper, an Order this document button. The buttons open the only two channels the Philippine Statistics Authority itself names as authorized, checked against psa.gov.ph in October 2026. Ordering happens on PSA's own sites, never inside Puso; what she receives goes into her vault here.
⚠️ Beware fixers. PSA documents are never sold by “fixers,” agents, or Facebook pages — anyone offering to process her PSA papers for an extra fee is not PSA. Order only from the official channels above. Prefer in person? Book a free appointment at a PSA Civil Registry System outlet (appointment.psa.gov.ph) or visit an accredited BREQS partner, such as an SM Business Center. Fees live on the official sites and change — the official page is the source of truth.
Paperwork · letters & affidavits
Support letters, sworn the simple way.
Beyond the official forms, some couples add letters — people who know them, telling the story in their own words. If a writer wants theirs sworn as an affidavit, a notary is how. This is a checklist, not a sales pitch: the first step is knowing you usually don't need one.
The notary button says “Coming soon” and switches on only if a platform passes Puso's vetting and its program approves Puso — the same rule as everywhere else in Puso (spec: design/NOTARY-SPEC.md). If none ever does, this step simply points to your Secretary of State's notary lookup instead.
Paperwork · originals in transit
Some paper still crosses the ocean. Treat it like a passport.
Most of the journey is scans and uploads. But a few steps run on original paper — and when that paper has to travel between you, how it travels matters. This is a checklist, not a sales pitch: the first rule costs nothing.
The courier button says “Coming soon” and switches on only if a carrier passes Puso's vetting and its program approves Puso — the same rule as everywhere else in Puso (spec: design/COURIER-SPEC.md). If none ever does, the guidance above stands on its own, with no partner at all.
Visa Pack · when it gets complicated
This step deserves a real lawyer.
Most couples walk the K-1 journey with the checklist alone. A few moments change that — and at those moments Puso stops, says so plainly, and points to real counsel instead of guessing. This is Puso's short, vetted list for exactly those moments. It is not an ad, not a marketplace, and nobody pays to be on it.
Puso is not a law firm. Puso takes no fee — from any attorney or from you — for a listing here, ever. A listing is not a promise about your case; no honest lawyer guarantees an outcome. How the list is vetted: design/ATTORNEY-DIRECTORY.md.
Memories — your photos together
One history you both said yes to.
Every photo below passed the approval tray — you both saw it and said yes. From this one consented history, Puso builds three things: your evidence packet, your keepsake book — and prints of the moments themselves.
🔒 The hard rule: a photo still in the approval tray can't be printed until you both approve it — and private or disappearing photos are never offered for print. Not here, not anywhere in Puso.
Life in the USA · Arrival Mode
She's here. 💛 Now, her first 90 days.
When her flight lands, the Visa Pack becomes Arrival Mode: one calm checklist for the first 90 days — the same 90 days K-1 couples have to marry in. Nothing here is sold to you. A few tasks need a service; where one does, Puso shows the one partner it has checked, with the referral note right at the button — the checklist is the product, the links just serve it.
Puso is not a law firm. This checklist is information and organization only — it fills in no forms and advises on no one's case. Government steps always point to the official site; forms and fees change, so the official page is the source of truth.
Her first 90 days — the checklist
Official sites are named as text in this preview; the live links are verified and pinned when this ships. Partner buttons say “Coming soon” and switch on only when a program approves Puso — the same rule as everywhere else in Puso.
The wedding · Celebrated 🎉
You did it — you're married. 💛
Let family celebrate with you. If people are asking what they can send, a registry is one kind answer: a list the two of you made, which guests can gift from if they wish. Nobody has to — there is no expectation attached to this card, and never having a registry at all is just as good. If you'd like one, you create it on the registry's own site and share the link yourselves, with whoever you choose, whenever you choose.
For her family in the Philippines: celebrating you doesn't need a US registry — a video call home, a meal shared in your honor, being prayed for by name. This card exists mainly for his side, where “what can we send?” is the question family keeps asking. Gifts are bought by guests on the registry's own site — Puso never touches gifts or money, here as everywhere.
The button switches on only when a registry program approves Puso — the same rule as everywhere else in Puso (spec: design/REGISTRY-SPEC.md). This card appears once, here, at this milestone — Puso will never remind you about it.
Money, handled honestly
Support the person you love — without Puso ever touching your money.
💛 Before anything else
Puso never holds or moves your money. The buttons below will open each service's own app or website, where you deal with them directly. Always double-check the name and number before you send — sending is your call.
Send a surprise
Flowers & gifts (above) say it today. A taste of home says it the homesick way — a box of flavors from the country she's missing, or the one he's never lived in. Food runs both directions, so Puso sends it both ways. Made for a monthsary, a Watch Together movie night, or the Pamasko season.
Taste-of-home boxes open only after a care-box partner proves it can deliver — in both directions, to her province as well as Metro Manila. Until then this stays a promise, not a button.
Your shared picture
Support ledger, her bills calendar (Meralco · water · rent · load), the peso watcher with a “good day to send” note, and the Pamasko planner — Later wave. Anything these tools pre-fill from your chats is opt-in and waits for your approval. Nothing is recorded silently.
Services
Services couples actually use
Listed in the order couples actually use them, most-used first. Whether a service pays us does not affect its position.
Every link opens the service's own site or app listing, and you deal with them directly there. Puso never holds or moves money. Hide anything you don't use — Settings → Declutter brings it back any time.
All trademarks belong to their owners. A listing does not mean that brand endorses Puso, or that Puso endorses that brand beyond what the listing text says.

Your history · chat import
Bring the years you already wrote each other.
Your story didn't start with Puso. Export your one-to-one chat from Messenger (Settings → Download your information → JSON) or WhatsApp (Chat → Export chat → the .txt file), then bring the file here. Puso reads it on this device — the file is never uploaded — and your messages join your history sealed, at their original dates, marked with where they came from.
Help your partner back in
If your partner lost their password and can't reach their email, you can start a recovery for them — but you can never reset it for them. They approve it on their own signed-in device, and they set the new password themselves.
Privacy & security
🔒 Your safety number
This number is made from both of your encryption keys — yours and your partner's, on every approved device you each have. It comes out identical on both of your screens, and nobody can fake it: not a stranger, not a middleman, not even Puso.
⚠️ Your safety number changed — a device was added to or removed from your account or your partner's. That's expected when one of you gets a new phone or computer; if neither of you changed anything, compare the number out loud before you keep chatting.
Compare it together — on a call or in person — any time you want to be sure it's really just the two of you. You first saw it when you paired.
If this number ever changes, it means one of you has a new device or new keys. That's expected after a phone change — but check with each other first, out loud, before trusting sensitive messages again.
Tagalog: Kung magbago ang numerong ito, mag-usap muna kayo bago magpadala ng sensitibong mensahe.
Bisaya: Kung mausab ni nga numero, pag-istorya una mo sa dili pa magpadala og sensitibong mensahe.
📖 Partner changed phones? After they sign back in, compare this number together again. The Help Center page “My partner changed phones” walks you through the whole thing, step by step.
Signed-in devices
Every device signed in to your account. Puso doesn't track where a device is — just what it is, when it was last active, and how it signed in.
Ends every session on every device, including this one — the thing to tap if a device is lost. You'll sign in here again yourself.
Your devices' keys
Every device also has its own encryption key — chat is sealed per device, so a new phone or computer only starts receiving after you approve it from a device that's already trusted. A sign-in with a password is never enough on its own.
Removing a device stops it receiving anything new — but messages it already opened while it was approved stay on it; no app can un-read them. Remove a lost phone promptly.
🔔 A sign-in is never silent: when a new device signs in to your account, both you and your partner get a notice in the app, right away.
Don't recognize one? Revoke it — that device is signed out on the spot and would have to sign in again. And yes, you'd both be told.

Your account
Delete my account. This is permanent — there is no undo, and no one at Puso can bring an account back.
If you delete:
- Your account, your sign-ins on every device, your devices' keys and your notification settings are deleted, right away and for good.
- Your pairing ends. The things you built together — your visa tracker, evidence packet, support ledger, bills, plans and photo vault — stay with your partner's account, so nothing they rely on disappears from under them.
- Your messages together were sealed with keys from both of you. Your keys are deleted with your account, so the conversation can't be opened again afterwards — by anyone.
- Your partner's app will simply say that you deleted your account. They aren't told anything else, and nothing is posted anywhere.
- This email address can be used to create a fresh account later. A fresh account starts empty — nothing carries over.
